Are you getting a good level of support from your web team?

Every day we support our clients and their websites. It might be helping them with a layout of a page, creating a new page, or fixing a bug. It might also be as simple as helping them with an issue they have on Facebook. With each job, we create a ticket (as you can see from the graphic, since starting our ticketing system we are on ticket 1,661), and once the ticket (job) is completed we ask our clients to rate the service. This is to make sure our clients are always happy.

We aim to complete tasks on the same business day that they are submitted. If you request a task over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday morning unless we deem it to be urgent. Below is an example of a happy client:
